Privacy Policy

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.
This Privacy Policy explains how Bytaru Tecnologia LTDA collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to our corporate website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Who we are (controller and data protection officer)
Bytaru Tecnologia LTDA (ME), CNPJ 69.693.238/0001-46, headquartered at Rua Juiz Alexandre Martins de Castro Filho, 306, Itapuã, Vila Velha/ES, Brazil, ZIP 29101-800, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website.
As a small processing agent (ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022), the managing partner acts as the data protection officer. Contact: privacidade@bytaru.com.br.
2. Data we collect
- Data you send us: name, email, company, phone/WhatsApp (optional) and the content of your message, when you request an assessment or email us.
- Technical browsing data: IP address and browser and device data (user agent), recorded automatically by the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell or rent personal data. To run the website and email, we use providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), DNS, network security and email forwarding.
- Google (Gmail): emails sent to addresses such as contact@, sales@ and support@ are forwarded to and stored in the company's Gmail mailbox.
5. Use of Google APIs
Bytaru internally uses an application integrated with Google Drive (via OAuth) to sync the company's own files. This application only accesses Bytaru's Google account and does not collect, access or process website visitors' data.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. International transfer
Because we use Cloudflare and Google services, your contact data and network records may be stored on servers outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. These providers adopt security measures and contractual data protection clauses, under article 33 of the LGPD.
7. Retention
- Contacts and messages: kept until the request is resolved or for as long as the business relationship lasts. After that, they may be kept for up to 5 years for the regular exercise of rights.
- Technical records (IP): kept by Cloudflare under its own policy. When Bytaru keeps its own access logs, they will be kept for 6 months (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, art. 15).
8. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- deletion of data processed based on consent;
- information about whom we share your data with;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

9. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), two-step verification on the Cloudflare and Google administration accounts, and access restricted to those who handle commercial and support requests.
10. Cookies
The website only uses strictly necessary cookies, set by Cloudflare for security and bot protection. We do not use marketing, tracking or third-party analytics cookies.
11. Children and adolescents
The website is aimed at businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our processes or in the law. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top.
